um why is karkat drawn/put/shown in between sollux and nepeta a lot please help me i don’t see why that is
The order of the Zodiacs is one answer. Cancer is in between Gemini and Leo. In addition, I believe Hussie has stated that Karkat’s blood color would be lime-green (which is in between yellow and olive green, Sollux and Nepeta’s blood colors) if not for the ectobiology mutation that rendered it candy-red. Thus, Karkat would’ve been a lime-blood if he was on the hemospectrum. Though, this wouldn’t have meant he wouldn’t be culled, since the lime-bloods were hunted to extinction on Alternia.
During the “shoosh-pap” scene near the end of Act 5 Act 2, Karkat’s shooshes are written in lime-green text. (His paps are written in pink text, strangely enough.)
The one thing that bugs me above all else during this hiatus is one burning question…

Does anyone know of any planned Homestuck photoshoots for AnimeNext 2013? I know that there’s supposed to be a Fandom: Ascend photoshoot on one day. I can’t find any info on that or any other Homestuck photoshoot, though.
I jsut thought of something. How someone done a Power Thirst crossover with the Homestuck Trickster modes? I mean that lollipop is perfect Power Thirst fodder.
